This project will build the foundation for a nutrition influencer program for North Carolina sweetpotatoes. It will encompass athletes, registered dietitians, school nutrition directors and other food influencers. The project will include the development of resources and promotional materials, influencer training and NCSPC appearances at community events and trade shows.
