Project will develop customized fast-track (3-8 month) programs that focus on the development of basic workplace skills to minorities (especially males), Hispanics, welfare recipients, and the working poor–who are over-represented in tobacco-related employment. Program participants will receive skill assessment, training, and career development counseling in order to obtain marketable skills.
