Project expands the Value-Added and Alternative Agriculture website at www.cals.ncsu.edu/value-added. New web pages developed will provide extension faculty and farmers with comprehensive business and technical information on selected value-added and alternative agriculture enterprises. The goal is to increase farm profitability and lower costs of evaluating new enterprises for possible addition to farms.
