WNC FoodWorks Sustainability Plan
CAFE?s new commercial kitchen facility at the WNC Farmers Market will serve early-stage food entrepreneurs preparing foods, cosmetics, and natural products. The desired outcome is to achieve current-account self-sufficiency within 3 years while supporting the growth of over 50 businesses using agricultural inputs. TTFC support would cover a portion of start-up operating expenses while the project ramps up fee-for-service revenues.
