The Union County Food Innovation Center aimess to enhance agriculture and create new food service businesses through strategic partnerships. This initiative will support farmers and producers by driving measurable change through ongoing education, revenue tracking, and the creation of agricultural ventures. The facility will also foster the development of new food service businesses, contributing to the local economy. Monthly use by farmers and producers will provide a consistent baseline for identifying opportunities to increase profitability and support agricultural professionals and food entrepreneurs in the region and surrounding counties.
