NCTTFC Supervised Agricultural Experience Institute
The NC Tobacco Trust Fund Commission Supervised Agricultural Institute is a week-long residential camp held at the University of Mount Olive (UMO). The camp provides industry and leadership training to FFA members who earn 45 hours of Supervised Agricultural Experience that can be accumulated toward various FFA chapter, state and national awards. The Institute also includes chapter advisors, allowing them through attendance to earn 3 hours of Continuing Education Credit as a participant. The Institute includes training opportunities for both FFA members and advisors including training on leadership, proficiencies, student SAEs, and other in-service opportunities.
