NC Cooperative Extension Leadership Academy

The North Carolina Agricultural Foundation on behalf of North Carolina Cooperative Extension (NCCE) seeks funding from the North Carolina Tobacco Trust Fund Commission to support the Academy to Advance Leadership within Extension (AALE). This program will enhance leadership development for Extension professionals through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on learning experiences. By equipping participants with essential leadership skills, the project will strengthen Extension’s ability to serve communities, foster innovation, and drive positive change. The ultimate beneficiaries are North Carolina’s agricultural producers, rural communities, and citizens who rely on Extension’s expertise for education and economic development.
