Project will design and implement a retail/foodservice sales test for three marketing initiatives for North Carolina sweet potatoes. Objectives are to accurately quantify the effectiveness in raising and sustaining increased sales via three marketing programs within selected retail produce departments and casual dining foodservice establishments.
