Executive Farm Management 2027

Grantee will support the Executive Farm Management (EFM) program. Established in 2017, EFM provides intensive training for managers of large commercial farms in North Carolina and the southeastern U.S. Through this ongoing educational program, participants develop advanced strategic business planning and management skills—critical competencies in today’s complex agricultural landscape, where farms are becoming more sophisticated and profit margins are increasingly narrow.
