Caswell County Farmers Market

The Town of Yanceyville collaborating with Caswell County Local Food Council has developed plans for a 15 stall farmers market shelter located at the Yanceyville Pavilion. It includes a cold storage unit and public restrooms. Beginning construction November 2023, it will be completed early 2024. The facility will enable Caswell farmers (and producers from surrounding counties) to conveniently sell offerings from a centralized location where the bulk of workers and town residents are. Convenient to Highway 86 this provides a larger market for farmers and fresh farm produce to those in town not able to drive to the previous location
