BRFV Co-Packing: Bridging to Sustainability
This project will increase opportunities for entrepreneurs and farmers statewide. Funds will support manufacturing line staff and operational expenses to further implement, maintain and manage the co-packing program at Blue Ridge Food Ventures. Funding will also support development and training for production processes, Food Safety/Good Manufacturing Plans, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and quality control systems.
