Beef Industry Curriculum K-12

North Carolina Cattlemen’s Association will provide beef industry curriculum for kindergarten through twelfth grades, including special needs students. The curriculum will be available on our website and accessible to educators around the world. The project will have a total of fourteen plans with the outcome of teachers utilizing this material to use in the classroom and for school agriculture days. Students will become more engaged in 4-H and FFA programs while learning a basic understanding of the beef cattle industry.
