Funds will expand the current farmer’s market to include a 20’ x 30’ honey extractor room and 10’ x 10’ walk-in cooler. Area honeybee operators will take advantage of the extractor in order to expand their honey products. Produce vendors at the market will utilize the cooler to maintain product freshness.
